Before you can buy/sell some investments, we may need some information about you. Under the MiFID II legislation, organisations are required to confirm their customer’s nationality and national client identifier (NCI).
If you are the primary account holder you can update your missing details within the settings area of your account.
If you are missing details from a child account or from an investment club member you will need to give us a call on 01296 41 41 41. We're open between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
